a mixed experience
pool tiles moldy shower
the food was good. the pasta and thai dishes stood out.
The main pool had maintenance issues, with tiles falling off and attempts to glue them back. our shower also had mold in the edges. the service was lacking. It took multiple requests to get mosquito spray for the room.

unfriendly staff bland carbonara
The service was far from stellar. It seemed like i was bothering them just by asking for a drink? at times the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually helping guests. this really detracted from the overall experience. Especially considering the high price point. also the italian restaurant left much to be desired. the carbonara tasted bland. And the garlic bread was basically just crunchy toast!

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
excessive waiting times inconsistent food
I was pretty annoyed by the buggy service. Waiting times were excessive. Sometimes it took over 20 minutes to get one. This made getting around the resort frustrating. The food quality also felt inconsistent and underwhelming. At one meal, my order arrived cold and clearly wasn't freshly prepared. Honestly, I expected better attention to detail for a supposedly high-end place (considering the price I paid).

the resort offers special room designs and quality food across its three restaurants i found the spa services to be high quality the beach access and pool areas enhanced my stay i appreciated the boat service available for emergencies as it provided quick access to taxis and hospitals the staff was very friendly and helpful.

the room featured modern decor with a comfortable king size bed it had a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub the private balcony offered nice views.

Wonderful stay!
fantastic assistance welcome help
Nicki offered fantastic assistance when I mentioned my plans to visit Phi Phi Island next. He arranged my boat tickets. He also offered to help with my bags. This help was especially welcome, as I hadn't planned much. The whole team worked very well.
The hotel food prices seemed high to me. the beach contained many rocks, jellyfish, and stingrays.

The gym included updated equipment. I saw three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. The hotel provided a kids' water park area. It looked like so much fun!

The Italian restaurant provided a pleasant experience. The food at the seafood restaurant had great flavors. The spa was really good. The cabins were beautiful and therapists were skilled. I consider the spa staff the most professional team at the resort.
The minibar in my room was completely empty.
